Holy and beloved Saint Clare, teach us to believe, as you did,
that in the Blessed Eucharist we will find Jesus.
Grant us, dear Lady, the same faith, humility, and charity
that you have shown toward God and your community.
Saint Clare, Pray For Us. Amen

Community Outreach

St. Clare has many ministries that strive to bring God’s love to our local community by our mission of
“Where Faith and Family Come Together”.
We encourage you to explore these ministries to find one that is a fit for you.

Giving Tree: Our mission is to ensure less fortunate families and children are remembered during the Christmas season. We contact several local organizations and coordinate the process identifying Christmas needs of that group. We request, collect, sort, distribute, and track gifts that fulfill those needs. In October, November and December we need volunteers to set up and organize this process, including putting up a tree with ornament tags and delivering gifts.

Habitat for Humanity: Habitat for Humanity: Through our membership in the Cobb Catholic Coalition (St. Clare, St. Joseph, St. Ann, Transfiguration, Holy Family and St. Catherine) and partnership with the Northwest Metro Atlanta affiliate of Habitat for Humanity, We need Volunteers to help 2 homes begin on on Saturday September 7, 2019. Register now and find complete information about the build at ccchabitat.com/Volunteer
Contact Richard Angeli – habitat@stclarecc.org call or text 770-356-4265.

Hospitality: Our mission is to unite parishioners in a welcoming atmosphere after Mass to build relationships in our church community. We welcome volunteers who want to help serve pastries after Mass on the first Sunday of each month.

St. Vincent de Paul: The Society of St. Vincent de Paul leads women and men to join together to grow spiritually by offering person to person service to all those who are needy and suffering within our community. SVdP currently provides assistance to those in need through our parish food pantry.
