The Saint Andrew Christmas Novena prayer is said 15 times a day from his feast day – November 30th, until Christmas. Our parish said this novena together first in 2015, when we were losing our Sunday meeting place at North Cobb High school, and at the time had nowhere to go. As a result of this novena, we were able to secure a beautiful meeting place at Barber Middle school. We continued to pray the novena each year, and as a result we now have our beautiful parish home, with no building campaign and in record time!
Hail and blessed
be the hour and moment in which
the Son of God was born
of the most pure Virgin Mary,
at midnight, in Bethlehem,
in piercing cold.
In that hour, vouchsafe, O my God!
to hear my prayer and grant my desires
(mention your intentions here),
through the merits of
Our Savior Jesus Christ,
and of His Blessed Mother.
