Upcoming September Events
As we welcome the cooler days of September, our parish is bustling with opportunities to grow in faith and connect with one another. From Bible studies and fellowship nights to special gatherings for our youth and families, there’s something for everyone. Here’s a roundup of the events happening this month:
Men’s Bible Study
Men’s Bible Study is back from summer break on Tuesday, September 3. Men of the parish are invited to join for a Lectio Divina Bible Study held the first 3 Tuesdays of every month from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. The study will be led by Mike Hittle, reach out at mlk523@yahoo.com.
Mom’s Group
Mom’s Group is for all the moms of our parish and kicks off Tuesday, September 3. We meet the first Tuesday of every month from 9:30am to 11:30am for coffee, a playdate for the kids and fellowship with other moms. Women’s Bible Study
Women’s Bible Study starts Wednesday, September 4, but it’s not too late to register! We have a morning session and an evening session so that anyone can come. If you would like more information or to register, check out this post.
First Thursday Coffee
Our September First Thursday Coffee is Thursday, September 5. Join us for fellowship and coffee in Rooms 3/5 following the 9:00am daily Mass. If you want to bring a bakery item to share, you are welcome to but it is not required!
Ladies Night
Ladies of the parish, mark your calendars for ladies’ night on Thursday, September 5 from 6:30pm-8:00pm. This event will be potluck style – bring a dish to share and enjoy an evening of fellowship and prayer. We look forward to seeing you there.
Youth Group Kickoff
Youth group kicks off on Sunday, September 8. We’ll meet 6:15-7:45pm in Rooms 3/5. Reach out to Susan for more information – sbaker@stclarecc.org.
Men’s Night at the Rectory
Men of the parish, our Men’s Night at the Rectory for September is Friday, September 20 at 7:00pm at the Rectory. Bring a chair and whatever you want to enjoy while sharing fellowship with the other men of the parish. All men are welcome.
