St. Clare is seeking a part-time Coordinator of Adult Faith Formation. The ideal candidate is a faith-filled, organized, and welcoming individual who will coordinate Adult Faith Formation programs, the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA), and Baptism preparation. The position involves guiding adults on their journey of faith, coordinating sacramental preparation, and creating opportunities for spiritual growth in our parish community. It is an on-site position that requires some evening and weekend work. Qualifications: Practicing Catholic in good standing, knowledge and love of the Catholic faith, strong communication and organization skills, experience in ministry or catechesis preferred.
