St. Clare of Assisi has an opening for the Director of Faith Formation. This position works closely with the pastor and leadership team of the parish and oversees all aspects of faith formation from children to adults.  The Director of Faith Formation is responsible for running the Faith Formation Office, Family Catechesis program and adult programs including RCIA. The Director also promulgates Catholic curriculum, assures records are maintained accurately, and manages members of the Faith Formation department. We use the Pathways Formation Suite from Faith and Family Life Catholic Ministries.  Experience with or a willingness to learn and embrace Pathways is a requirement.  For more information and to apply, please send a cover letter and resume to Fr.
