Youth Group Registration

Please use this form to register your child for the 2024-2025 Youth Group. We are happy to provide this experience at no cost. If you are able and willing to contribute, we kindly ask you to consider donating to support our efforts. Your support will directly benefit our youth by funding materials, retreats, and youth group nights. Please know that any amount you can give makes a significant difference and is deeply appreciated. Archdiocese of Atlanta Permission to Contact Youth

St. Clare of Assisi follows the Archdiocese of Atlanta’s Social Media Policy and Guidelines for the Use of Social Networking Sites with Minors for contacting youth via social media. We may also use text messages and email to contact youth. Per this policy and guidelines, parents must be made aware of how social media and electronic communications are being used. Parents must be told how to access the sites, and be given the opportunity to be copied on all material sent to their children. After receiving written permission to communicate with young people, Archdiocesan employees should be encouraged to save copies of conversations whenever possible, especially those that concern the personal sharing of a teen or young adult. St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Church uses photographs, interviews, and video recordings of our children for a variety of internal and external communications. Our forms of internal and external communications include, but are not limited to: print, such as newspapers, bulletins, and newsletters; photographs and digital images; film and videos; web announcements, and social media posts made in conjunction with these activities. These forms of media may appear in the church, local area, national or international media for, but not limited to, St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Church and the Archdiocese of Atlanta.
